Our company only collects information from salon Visitors, V.I.P. Members and visitors inquiring by email of our Services and or information. Salon Visitors and Members may be asked to provide certain information when you get services rendered at the salon including: your name, mailing address, email address, telephone or mobile/cellular phone number and for purposes of monthly membership your billing information(such as a designated credit card number for billing purposes). The information collected from you as a Visitor or Member during the registration process is used to manage your Member's account (such as billing purposes in which you, the Member have given your written permission to bill your account monthly or until such a time that you "OPT-OUT" of the membership program). Your information on file is never shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances when compelled by court order.

By sending an email via our listed email address on our salon website or sent the Salon an SMS text message via the Salon telephone number listed on the Salon website you have granted the Salon permission to communicate with you via email or SMS text messaging. Our company may display our online advertisements. In those cases we use this non-identifying information about some of our Members collected to post as a testimonial.
